Lead and manage all QA/QC activities throughout the EPC project lifecycle.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore specifications, project requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable international standards.
Review and approve Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Inspection Checklists.
Monitor quality performance across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Offshore Installation, and Commissioning.
Coordinate all quality-related activities with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, third-party inspectors, certification bodies, and subcontractors.
Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, preventive actions, and root cause analyses.
Ensure effective implementation of Material Receiving Inspection (MRI), Vendor Inspection, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and Final Acceptance.
Supervise QA/QC Engineers, Welding Inspectors, Coating Inspectors, NDT Inspectors, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Inspectors.
Monitor welding quality, NDT activities, coating inspection, hydrotesting, pressure testing, and mechanical completion.
Ensure all quality documentation, turnover dossiers, MDRs, and final project quality records are complete and submitted as per project requirements.
Participate in project management meetings and provide quality performance reports, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
Interface with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
Promote a quality culture and continuous improvement throughout the project.

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (Mandatory), CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector or AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) (Mandatory), NACE Coating Inspector Level II (Minimum) / AMPP Coating Inspector (Mandatory), ASNT Level II certification in RT, UT, MT & PT or equivalent (Preferred for candidates managing NDT activities)
