HSE Manager

Lead and manage all HSE activities throughout the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Offshore Installation, Hook-up, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning phases.

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Management System (HSEMS).

Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE Standards, Company HSE procedures, UAE regulations, and international best practices.

Prepare and implement Project HSE Plans, Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Bridging Documents, Environmental Management Plans, Waste Management Plans, and HSE Procedures.

Advise Project Management on HSE performance and legal compliance.

Lead HSE risk assessments including HAZID, HAZOP, JSA/JHA, Task Risk Assessments (TRA), and SIMOPS risk reviews.

Monitor HSE performance through inspections, audits, observations, and KPI reporting.

Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.

Ensure implementation of ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW), Energy Isolation (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Excavation, Hot Work, Lifting Operations, and SIMOPS requirements.

Coordinate emergency drills, rescue exercises, and crisis management activities.

Manage HSE Officers and Advisors, ensuring competency and compliance.

Interface with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.

Promote Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS), STOP programs, and safety leadership initiatives.

Ensure environmental compliance, waste management, spill prevention, and pollution control.

Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports, dashboards, statistics, and management presentations.
