About the Role
  • Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.

  • Prepare Level 3 and Level 4 EPC schedules in accordance with project requirements.

  • Monitor Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Offshore Installation activities.

  • Analyze project progress against the approved baseline schedule and identify critical path activities.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-Curves, KPI reports, and executive management presentations.

  • Perform schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, Offshore Installation, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams.

  • Review subcontractor schedules and monitor their performance.

  • Prepare manpower, equipment, and productivity reports.

  • Conduct schedule impact analysis for variation orders, delays, and change management.

  • Support project management in preparing recovery schedules and acceleration plans.

  • Participate in client meetings and provide schedule updates.

  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC project planning procedures and reporting requirements.

  • Prepare earned value reports and performance analysis.

  • Assist in tender planning, resource loading, and cash flow forecasting where required.

  • Coordinate with Project Controls, Cost Control, and Commercial teams for integrated project reporting.

  • Ensure all planning activities comply with company quality procedures and contractual obligations.

Other Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven Offshore EPC experience (Platforms, Offshore Pipelines, Subsea, Brownfield, Hook-up & Commissioning, Marine Facilities). Minimum 3 years of ADNOC Offshore project experience is highly preferred. Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 including WBS development, resource loading, baseline preparation, progress measurement, critical path analysis, and recovery scheduling. Experience in Delay Analysis, Extension of Time (EOT), Change Management, and Schedule Impact Analysis. Familiarity with ADNOC project procedures, project controls systems, and reporting standards.
